Membership to our Dojo community is a commitment, and not one that is aligned with every applicant's unique goals. For this reason, we request that each person interested in joining our Dojo complete an application for admission as a student.

The Yasuragi Dojo is a traditional school of Japanese arts. We are not a competitive gym, nor are we a self-defense centered school. Our primary focus is helping each student achieve self mastery through the disciplines discovered in their training. Do you acknowledge this?

If your Application is accepted: We will notify you within two days and arrange for an in-person interview (online or at Dojo) and begin the formal enrollment process as a student of our Dojo.

If your Application is not accepted: If we feel your goals do not align with what is offered at our traditional Dojo, we will assist you closely with recommendations to programs that will best suit your goals.
