KUKISHIN RYU BIKENJUTSU

九鬼神流秘剣術

Welcome to the homepage for the Kukishin ryu Bikenjutsu Gashuku offered by Yasuragi Dojo, and taught personally by Adam Mitchell. Join a small group of students committed to learning and continue to train this complete sword system as handed down by Takamatsu Toshitsugu.

HOW YOU WILL TRAIN

Over the course of six weeks, you will receive daily exercises and drills, highly focusses on the specific kihon, kata and keiko-no-ho of the Kukishin Ryu Bikenjutsu.

This training will include:

  • Dashboard: An online resource of all techniques covered, taught sequentially and in cadence with the training course.
  • Resources: Downloadable workbook with techniques and details.
  • Curriculum: Weekly emails, detailing the daily routines and expectations for training.
  • Accountability: Daily check-in briefs, focussed on keeping your training on track.
  • Community: Private online community, with 24/7 access to questions and video answers.
  • Personal Training: Final private, one on one review of learning with Adam Mitchell (optional).
  • Bonuses: Upon completion of the Gashuku, you will receive more video lessons to support your ongoing training.
  • Life-time access: For those who complete the Gashuku in 6 weeks, they will be granted on-going access to both the training materials and the community.

Upon completion of this Gashuku, you will be fully equipped with the knowledge and skill to train and perfect the techniques presented. The goal of the Gashuku is complete comprehension of technique, not mastery of skill nor comprehension of deeper principles; that part is up to you.
